I undertake to return the Alarm Transmitter to Maximum Risk Protection on termination of the Monitoring and Armed Response service agreement or alternatively allow Maximum Risk Protection to remove the transmitter from my premises. I acknowledge that should I, for whatever reason, not return the Alarm Transmitter or prevent Maximum Risk Protection to remove the said Alarm Transmitter, I will be liable for the replacement value of such an Alarm Transmitter.
